One scholar is fully funded. Ninety-nine places remain on our journey to 100 by 2030 — every contribution moves us closer.
A place at a university, a university of technology or a TVET college is won on results. Keeping it is won on money. Your donation covers the registration fee that stands between an acceptance letter and a seat in the lecture hall, and the tuition shortfall that no bursary reaches.
We believe education is the primary tool to break the cycle of poverty. Post-school study now assumes a laptop and a data bundle, so we supply both and keep them running for the academic year — because a student who cannot submit online is locked out of the whole course, not just one task.
And we cover the ordinary costs that quietly end qualifications: the taxi fare to campus, a meal before a three-hour practical, the toiletries and sanitary products that stop being affordable in a tight month, and the uniform or safety boots a work placement formally requires.
Choose the way of giving that fits your life. Every option feeds the same goal — 100 fully funded students by 2030.

A further 10% supports beneficiary mentorship, and 5% covers administration and statutory compliance. The full breakdown is published on our transparency page.

It is our headline goal: 100 students at universities, universities of technology and TVET colleges — each with 100% of their qualification funded, by 2030. We began this journey in 2026 and currently have one student fully funded: a university student whose tuition, textbooks, laptop and monthly stipend are all covered by We Aspire. Ninety-nine places remain open. Companies or organisations that want to fund a named student should contact us directly and we will send the full programme breakdown.
Yes. We Aspire is registered with the CIPC as a Non-Profit Company, registration number 2026/101143/08, incorporated on 4 February 2026 in Gauteng, South Africa.
Our goal is 100 fully funded students by 2030. One circle is gold. Ninety-nine students are still waiting for the person who decides their qualification is worth paying for.
