Our Journey

How We Got Here

Every great movement starts with one decision. Ours started with a single child who needed help going to school.

2023

The Seed Is Planted

We Aspire is founded after witnessing a child being turned away from school due to unpaid fees. The first personal contribution covers fees for 3 children.

Early 2024

First Clothing Drive

We organise our first community clothing drive, distributing 47 uniform sets to children across two Soweto schools.

Mid 2024

Sanitary Health Programme Launched

After learning that 23 girls at one school miss school monthly due to lack of sanitary products, we launch our monthly sanitary pack programme.

Late 2024

NPO Registration Filed

We Aspire files for formal NPO registration with the Department of Social Development, establishing our legal framework for scaling.

2025

The Century Club Launches

We launch the "We Aspire 100" campaign — our most ambitious goal yet: 100 Founding Partners, 100 scholars, by December 2026.

2026 Goal

100 Scholars. 100 Futures.

With your help, every circle on the Century Board turns gold and 100 children begin their journeys as the Architects of Tomorrow.

Trust Earned. Impact Proven.

You now have every piece of information you need to give with confidence. We don't just ask for trust — we work to deserve it, every single day.
